《Cognos 8 BI中如何实现关联报表》一文中演示了如何在Cognos的Report Sutdio报表之间进行drill through的方法。实际上Cognos 8还包括有Analysis Studio等多维报表，那么自然也有从多维报表drill through到普通报表的需求。Cognos 8可以很方便的实现这种drill throuhg，但是和普通报表间的drill through还是有区别的。本文则通过一个简单的例子演示如何从analysis studio报表drill through到report studio报表的。说明部分是用英语写的，虽然英语比较烂，但是通过截图基本上就能看明白了，也就懒得改成中文了。
1．Create a Source Report
Analysis Studio
Drag “Production” dimension as Rows and “Time” as Columns of the CrossTab
2．Create a Target Report
Report Studio
Create a List report, drag “Product Line” and “Quantity” to the report
Add a Filter use “Product Line” and a Parameter P1
3．Create Drill Through Definition
In Cognos Connection Go to Go Sales package, select Tools->Drill through Definition
Click 
to create a new definition, and give a Name
Specify the Scope as “Product Line” and Target as the “Target” report
Specify The Prompt values as “Product Line”
4．Drill Trough from Analysis Report to List Report
OK, Go to the source analysis report
Right click On the row “Personal Accessories”, then select Go To->Related Links
Select the “Target” Link
Now, the Target Report appears. And only one row of “Personal Accessories” is there. We successfully drill through from analysis studio to report studio.
